I always use fresh fruits or vegtables from my garden or the local farmers market, when available, in all of my recipes unless otherwise noted.

Keep Those Bugs OUT, natural insect repellants

* Natural Flea Spray - steep 1 teaspoon Rosemary for each cup boiling water, cool, pour into spray bottle and spary animals before they go out.

* Dried tomato leaves hung in the house keeps out flies and spiders.

* A pot of basil near your doors keeps flies away.
