Honey Applesauce


8 meduim cooking Apples, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
1/2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Honey

In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 - 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Mash apples slightly with a potato masher. Remove from heat and let cool. Can be served warm or cold. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.
